The processing time for all items can be found in the announcement banner at the top of every page. Orders are shipped via USPS and tracking will be provided via email. Please contact us in advance if you have questions on sizing and we are happy to help you choose the right fit for your pet. 

Occasionally you may require a different size and we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (additionally reshipment costs of an exchange) and items must be returned in original condition, otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Due to the nature of custom items, any custom or personalized order can NOT be returned, unless there is a defect in the product.
