Here are the answers to a few commonly asked questions!

How long will my order take to ship?

To find out our current processing time please refer to the banner announcement at the top of the page. All of your orders are handmade and while the processing time for each order varies, it will always fall within the window provided in this announcement as well as in your email confirmation.  Typically once your order is complete we ship your items the following day. 

How will you ship my order?

We ship all orders via USPS First Class and tracking will be provided to your email. The time it takes your order to arrive can vary but is typically 2-5 days within the US and 1-2 weeks internationally. Once your package has been turned over to USPS we are no longer responsible for the contents and any missing package claims must be handled through USPS directly.  First Class does NOT come with package insurance- if you wish to upgrade your shipping to Priority with $50 (or more) in insurance please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

How do I clean my bandana?

We recommend hand washing your items in the sink with warm water and a quarter sized amount of laundry detergent or hand soap, scrubbing out any dirt or stains.  Lay flat to dry. Once dry any wrinkles can be ironed out using the cotton setting on your iron.  DO NOT iron directly over personalization, you must cover it with a thin cloth first.  Over time your personalization may begin to lift due to wear.  You can follow the same instructions to iron the personalization back down to prolong the use.

Do you ever offer a discount?

We offer a 10% discount all the time through our brand reps on Instagram! Check out our Instagram page @copilotcollections to find them and use one of their codes. In addition, we do offer a bulk discount on orders of 10+.  Please contact us for details. 

I'm not sure about sizing, what do I do? 

Check out the sizing page on our site, or the description on any listing for details. We always recommend measuring your pets neck for the best fit and adding a few inches for fluffy pets.  If your pet is between sizes or still growing it's always best to size up for a little more wiggle room.  If you checked out the sizing guide and still aren't sure please message us PRIOR to placing your order.  A direct message on Instagram @copilotcollections is always the fastest way to reach us, but you can also email us with any questions. 

I know what I'm looking for but I don't see it on your website.. do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom orders.  If you have an idea for something special send us a message and we will try our best to make it happen for you. Most custom orders are only a few dollars more than the regular price for the size you need.
